Throughout the month of May, I participated in The Bucks County Designer House & Gardens. For 3 months, interior designers renovated the rooms of an historic house and then thousands of visitors pay to walk through and get a taste of each designer’s style. In addition, everything in the house is for sale.
My space was a large, open stairwell that was filled with natural light that enhanced the colors in my paintings. I was able to display over 40 of them -small, large, landscapes, still lifes - you name it. I felt like I had my own gallery!
The highlights taken from this experience were visiting with art enthusiasts, making connections with interior designers and developing new collectors!
